kx10 PDP-10 Simulator by Stu Grossman

Stu Grossman developed the kx10 PDP-10 simulator from 1990 through 1996. It simulates a KL10 system well enough to run TOPS-20.

kx10 is distributed under the terms of the Free Software Foundation's General Public License, Version 2.

In addition to the usual disclaimer that there is no support, there is also currently NO DOCUMENTATION. For this reason, I currently recommend the use of other PDP-10 simulators. When time permits, I will try to write up a few notes on getting started with kx10.
